Janus Corporation Limited has announced a board meeting to finalize the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

In connection with this, the trading window will be closed for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and those with contractual or fiduciary relations to the company, starting from July 1 until 48 hours after the audited results announcement.

This trading restriction aims to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period around the financial disclosure.
