East West Freight Carriers Ltd has announced the transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividends and equity shares from the financial year 2017-18, which remained unclaimed for seven years, to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends are advised to contact the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent to avoid transfer of shares to the IEPF suspense account.

Claims can be made via Form IEPF-5 as per the prescribed process.

No claims will lie against the company for amounts or shares transferred to the IEPF.
