Ram Ratna Wires has allotted 25.85 lakh equity shares (face value Rs. 5 each) to shareholders of Global Copper Private Limited at a swap ratio of 6 shares for every 1 share held in Global Copper.

This follows the merger of Global Copper into Ram Ratna Wires.

Post allotment, the company's paid-up equity capital increased to Rs. 23.31 Cr, with total equity shares reaching 4.66 crore.

These new shares will be listed and trade alongside existing shares, reflecting an infusion of equity from the merger without debt impact.
