Oswal Leasing Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has also published the notice for its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held through video conferencing or other audiovisual means.

The book closure period and e-voting details have been provided for shareholders.

Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 2 each, if approved at the AGM, will be paid by August 30, 2025. Shareholders are encouraged to complete KYC to ensure timely dividend payments and participate in remote e-voting.
