Worldwide Aluminium has announced a board meeting on to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹2858.20 lakh for the quarter, with a net loss before tax of ₹2.82 lakh and a net loss after tax of ₹2.97 lakh.

Earnings per share stood at a loss of ₹0.09. The balance sheet shows total assets of ₹1726.72 lakh, driven by high trade receivables at ₹1102.69 lakh.

Cash flow from operations was negative at ₹315.64 lakh, reflecting working capital changes and increased receivables.

Share capital remains at ₹328.63 lakh and other equity at ₹287.46 lakh.
