Mudra Financial Services Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Jain as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Jain brings expertise in merchant banking, project finance, and has extensive experience with insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

He is not related to any existing director.

This appointment adds financial and legal expertise to the board, supporting Mudra’s strategic growth and risk management efforts.
