Supriya Lifescience has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company received a Show Cause Notice from the GST Department alleging double benefit refund claims amounting to Rs 60.38 Cr (tax and penalty combined). Supriya Lifescience disputes the demand, is contesting it in Mumbai High Court, and expects no material financial or operational impact from this notice.
