Orient Tradelink Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint M/s. NYS & Company, Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting.

The appointment follows the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. SCAN & Company.

The company acknowledged a delay in notifying the resignation due to the absence of a Company Secretary, which caused an administrative oversight.

Measures have been implemented to prevent such delays going forward.
