Ankit Gupta is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a graduation and LLB from Indore, and over one year of experience in secretarial compliances and legal work.

His appointment strengthens the company’s legal and compliance framework, supporting smoother governance and adherence to corporate regulations.
