Orient Tradelink Limited has announced a board meeting regarding the appointment of M/s. NYS & Company, Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditor, replacing M/s. SCAN & Company, who resigned earlier.

This change is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting.

The delay in communicating the previous auditor's resignation was due to the absence of a Company Secretary, causing an unintended compliance lag.
