Ashoka Buildcon has announced a board meeting on investor exit discussions related to its subsidiaries Viva Highways, Ashoka Concessions, and Jarora Nayagaon Toll Road.

The company is in talks to extend and finalize the exit terms with Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Investments and SBI Macquarie Infrastructure Trust beyond the initial June 30 deadline.

This move aims to complete the transfer of securities held by these investors back to Ashoka Buildcon and its subsidiaries, potentially impacting the ownership structure and consolidation of these toll road assets.
