Caprolactam Chemicals Ltd. has announced a board meeting approving several key appointments.

Ms. Zaver Shankarlal Bhanushali has been re-appointed as Managing Director for five years starting August 7, 2025, continuing her leadership with over two decades of experience.

Mr. Siddharth Shankarlal Bhanushali has been re-appointed as Whole Time Director and CFO for the same term, bringing 15 years of chemical industry expertise.

The Board also approved Alpi Nehra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and appointed M/s Shrey Pandey & Associates as Internal Auditors for the 2025-26 financial year.

These moves strengthen the company’s governance and operational oversight structure.
