Gujarat State Financial Corporation has announced a board meeting to transact business at its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at its head office.

The Annual Report, Notice of AGM, e-voting instructions, proxy form, and attendance slip have been dispatched via email to shareholders with registered addresses and are available for download on the Corporation’s website and stock exchange portals.

Remote e-voting will be enabled ahead of the meeting, ensuring convenient participation.

The appointment of a scrutinizer guarantees a transparent voting process.

Shareholders who have not voted remotely can vote physically at the AGM.
