Aion-Tech has increased its investment in wholly owned subsidiary Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions by capitalizing Rs. 5.21 Cr as product development expenditure for the "Rogit" platform, which is near market-ready.

Roqit focuses on technology for zero-emission fleets in EV and hydrogen mobility and is entering commercialization after successful pilot projects.

This move strengthens Aion-Tech’s presence in the green mobility tech space with a fully owned, scalable product aimed at fleet and asset management.
