Lalit Agarwal has acquired 13,908 equity shares of Conquest Business Service Pvt. Ltd. (CBSPL), the promoter company of V-Mart Retail Limited, through a gift transfer from Madan Gopal Agarwal.

While the equity shares transfer is complete, 1,97,33,161 compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) are pending transfer due to a technical issue and will be completed soon.

This indirect acquisition impacts promoter holdings but does not alter the total equity share capital of V-Mart Retail.
