New Markets Advisory Limited has announced a board meeting to approve raising funds through a preferential issue of 9 million 0% convertible equity warrants to non-promoter investors.

Warrant holders will pay 25% upfront, with the balance due on conversion to shares.

The board has approved the Director’s Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and finalized the notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting to be held at the company’s registered office.

The appointment of a new Independent Director is still under consideration.
