Heera Ispat Limited has announced a board meeting to add a special resolution for appointing CS Jaykumar Deepak Khatnani as the Secretarial Auditor for a first term of five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The appointment follows the Audit Committee’s recommendation based on his extensive experience in corporate and secretarial audits.

The proposed fees are ₹2.50 lakhs per annum, excluding applicable taxes and expenses.

The Board is also authorized to seek additional services from him as necessary.

This appointment requires shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
