Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry Limited has announced a shareholder-approved amendment to its Memorandum and Articles of Association that increases its authorized share capital from Rs. 4 Cr to Rs. 7.2 Cr, divided into 72 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The Articles of Association were also updated to explicitly allow the Board to issue securities through methods such as preferential offers or private placements, providing the company greater flexibility in raising capital.
