Dev Labtech Venture Limited has announced a board meeting to update on its wholly owned subsidiary in the USA, Dev Labtech Venture Inc., incorporated in Delaware.

The company subscribed 100 equity shares at USD 10 each, investing USD 1,000 as the first tranche, with plans to remit up to USD 10,000 over two years.

This subsidiary operates in the jewelry and diamonds sector, aiming to expand Dev Labtech’s global presence and capture growth opportunities in the US market.

Being a new entity, it has not yet commenced business operations.
