Andhra Cements has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company appointed M/s B S S & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, bringing in extensive expertise in corporate law, SEBI, FEMA, insolvency, and valuation.

This appointment aims to strengthen governance and compliance functions going forward.
