Piotex Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has also notified shareholders of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing, with e-voting facilities provided for all resolutions.

Shareholders can cast votes remotely within the specified period, and eligibility is based on shareholding as of the cut-off date.
