Vivo Bio Tech has allotted 1,06,000 equity shares at Rs. 45 each on conversion of preferential warrants to Antique Infotech Private Limited, raising Rs. 35.78 lakh (75% of the issue price). The company’s paid-up share capital has increased to Rs. 19.99 Cr, divided into 1.99 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

This equity infusion strengthens the capital base, potentially supporting future growth and operations.
