Vedant Asset has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Sunil Subramaniam as Strategic Advisor, effective from early July.

With over 40 years in financial services, his expertise is expected to bolster the company’s goal of creating a more inclusive and transparent investment ecosystem.

This move aims to strengthen strategic direction, benefiting shareholders by enhancing governance and long-term value creation.

Mr. Subramaniam is independent and not related to existing directors.
