Nukleus Office Solutions Limited has announced a board meeting to execute a Letter of Intent with R Cube Projects Private Limited and Spirit Infrastructure Private Limited to sub-license approximately 23,169 sq. ft. of managed/co-working office space near Shivaji Stadium Metro Station, Delhi.

The sub-license agreement spans nine years with a three-year lock-in and includes a security deposit and monthly fee structure.

Possession is expected between November and December 2025. This expansion supports Nukleus’s growth in the commercial office real estate segment without any promoter group interest in the counterparties.
