Record Date

Mphasis has announced a board meeting on 24 April 2025 regarding the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The record date for dividend eligibility, subject to shareholder approval at the 34th AGM, is set for 9 July 2025. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be entitled to receive the final dividend once approved.
