Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Limited has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and listed on stock exchanges where existing securities are listed.

The certificate also states that securities certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled appropriately, with depository names updated in the shareholder register within prescribed timelines.

No rematerialisation requests were received during the quarter.
