Chandrima Mercantiles Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including the elevation of Mr. Pranav Kamleshkumar Trivedi from Executive Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairman.

Mr. Arun Thakor resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director due to personal reasons, with no other material factors disclosed.

The company adopted a new Memorandum of Association and reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Mr. Trivedi playing key roles in both.

An Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders has been scheduled via video conferencing to address these changes.
