Chandrima Mercantiles Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the change in designation of Mr. Pranav Kamleshkumar Trivedi from Executive Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director & Chairman.

Mr. Arun Thakor resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director citing personal reasons, with no other material cause.

The company adopted a new Memorandum of Association and reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, naming Mr. Trivedi as chairperson on both.

An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held via video conferencing on 26th July, 2025.
