Gujarat Toolroom Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including acceptance of resignation by statutory auditors M/s K M Chauhan & Associates due to pre-occupation, with no concerns raised.

The Board proposes appointment of M/s R B Gohil & Co as new statutory auditors subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Manjotsingh Surjitsingh Oberoi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience across diverse industries including security, manpower, fleet management, and food sectors.

These changes aim to strengthen governance and leadership for the company’s future growth.
