Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited has announced the allotment of 1,62,000 equity shares at Rs. 315 each (including Rs. 305 premium) to non-promoter warrant holders converting their convertible warrants into equity.

The company has received Rs. 3.83 Cr as 75% exercise price from three investors.

This equity infusion through preferential allotment strengthens the company’s capital base and signals fresh investor interest from the non-promoter category.
