Rajnish Retail Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

All three committees will now consist of Apra Sharma as Chairman (Independent Director), along with Lovish Kataria and Saurabh Gakhar as members.

This restructuring aligns key oversight roles with experienced independent and non-independent directors, strengthening governance and shareholder engagement.
