SoftSol India Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has also notified that the 35th Annual General Meeting will be held at the registered office to transact the business set out in the AGM notice.

The Annual Report and related documents have been dispatched electronically to members, with voting available through remote e-voting and ballot at the AGM.

Members holding shares physically are advised to register their email addresses to avail remote voting.

The Register of Members will be closed for the AGM purpose.
