Sanmit Infra Limited has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Makhija as Executive Managing Director for three years starting October 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Haresh Makhija and Mr. Kamal Makhija were re-appointed as Executive Whole-time Directors for three-year terms from July 4, 2025, also pending member approval.

The board approved the notice for the 25th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing, finalized the Board’s Report, Management Discussion & Analysis, and Corporate Governance Report, and decided to provide e-voting for shareholders.

A scrutinizer was appointed to oversee the voting process.
