General Updates
JK Files and Engineering Limited (JKFEL), a subsidiary of Raymond Limited, reported a strong revenue jump to ₹1,834 crore in FY25, driven by the auto components segment and consolidation of Maini Precision Products Limited (MPPL). Despite higher sales, operating margin dipped to 12.65% due to export sluggishness, product mix changes, and integration costs.
JKFEL holds over 60% domestic market share in steel files and a leading global position.
Debt remains elevated at 1.78x gearing post the debt-funded MPPL acquisition, but liquidity is adequate with parent support.
Growth outlook is supported by stable OEM demand and diversification into aerospace.
