Hindusthan National Glass’s financial assistances from Edelweiss Assets Reconstruction Company have been assigned to Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Limited (ACRE). ACRE now holds the secured lender position for two of the four facilities previously under Edelweiss.

This transfer reflects a change in the company’s debt structure amid its ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
