The company received a confirmation certificate from its Registrar & Transfer Agent, Adroit Corporate Services, verifying that securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were accepted or rejected and listed appropriately.

The related physical certificates have been mutilated and cancelled following verification, and the depositories have been recorded as the registered owners in the share register within the stipulated timeframe.

This ensures smooth processing and safekeeping of shareholders’ securities.
