Amanaya Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Mr. Manan Mahajan as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer for three years, from July 5, 2025, to July 4, 2028, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Mahajan brings over 15 years of experience in bullion trading, financial management, and strategic marketing, significantly contributing to the company’s growth.

He has no disqualifications and maintains a relationship only with Mrs. Rajni Mahajan, the Managing Director and his spouse.

This leadership continuity supports Amanaya’s financial and strategic direction.
