Windlas Biotech has announced a board meeting on July 28, 2025, for the 24th Annual General Meeting.

The Record Date is set for July 21, 2025, to identify shareholders eligible for a proposed dividend of Rs. 5.80 per equity share (116% on Rs. 5 face value) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval.

The dividend will be paid after tax deduction.
