The certificates confirm that securities received for dematerialization were accepted or rejected as applicable and that the corresponding securities are listed on the relevant stock exchanges.

Additionally, physical share certificates received have been cancelled and replaced with electronic holdings in the names of depositories, ensuring updated and accurate shareholder records.
