Its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Beetal Financial & Computer Services, verified that securities received for dematerialization were processed—accepted or rejected—and shares were listed on stock exchanges accordingly.

Physical certificates were mutilated and canceled after verification, with ownership updated in the register within 15 days.
