Novartis India has announced a board meeting on July 31, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has completed dispatching the Notice of its 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to shareholders through electronic mode.

The AGM will be held via video conferencing, with e-voting facilities for members.

A final dividend of ₹25 per equity share (face value ₹5) for FY 2024-25 is proposed, payable to shareholders registered as of the record date.
