Morarka Finance Limited has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter have been duly processed—accepted or rejected—and listed on stock exchanges where existing securities trade.

The related physical certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled, and the depositories’ names have been updated in the share register within prescribed timelines.

This ensures smooth and compliant securities handling, maintaining accurate shareholder records.
