Graviss Hospitality has shared a compliance certificate from its registrar and transfer agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd, confirming all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—either accepted or rejected—and listed appropriately on stock exchanges.

The certificate also confirms that physical share certificates were duly verified, mutilated, cancelled, and the ownership records updated timely with depositories.

This ensures smooth electronic trading and accurate shareholder records, supporting operational transparency and investor confidence.
