Coastal Roadways Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent has certified that all securities received for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and confirmed to the depositories.

The dematerialized securities have been listed on the stock exchanges where the original securities were listed.

Additionally, physical security certificates received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled following verification, with ownership records updated accordingly.
