KJMC Corporate Advisors (India) Limited has submitted a certificate from its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialization up to the quarter-end were processed—accepted or rejected—and listed on the respective stock exchange.

The dematerialized certificates have been canceled, and the depositories’ names have been updated in the shareholder register within 15 days of receipt.

This ensures smooth and compliant handling of the company’s securities, supporting shareholder transparency and operational efficiency.
