Cravatex has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., confirming the completion of all share dematerialisation processes for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This includes verification, acceptance or rejection of demat requests, cancellation of physical certificates, and updating the demat ownership records in a timely manner.

This ensures smooth electronic trading and accurate shareholder records, supporting operational efficiency and transparency for investors.
