V R Infraspace Limited has submitted its Integrated Governance Filing for the quarter, confirming no investor complaints were received or pending.

The company holds significant stakes in Tradio Exim Private Limited (70%), Daxon Industries Private Limited (70%), and Daxon Realty Limited (51%). In tax matters, an appeal concerning a Rs. 33.42 lakh GST demand was decided in favor of the company, closing that issue.

However, appeals remain pending for state tax demands of Rs. 17.42 lakh (FY 2018-19) and Rs. 18.62 lakh (FY 2019-20). The company is exempt from certain corporate governance requirements as an SME listed on the NSE EMERGE platform.
