Kaizen Agro Infrabuild Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint Mrs. Roshni Gadia and Mrs. Kalpana Tekriwal as Non-Executive Independent Directors, enhancing expertise in corporate governance and legal compliance.

The resignations of Non-Executive Independent Directors Mr. Amit Bajaj and Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh were accepted due to personal and professional reasons, with no material issues cited.

The company also re-appointed M/s Roshni K Gupta & Associates as Internal Auditor for another year to strengthen internal controls and ensure robust corporate governance, supporting operational and compliance stability.
