Mrs. Roshni Gadia and Mrs. Kalpana Tekriwal have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors, bringing expertise in corporate governance and company secretarial practice.

Concurrently, Mr. Amit Bajaj and Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh resigned from their independent director roles due to personal and professional commitments, with no other material reasons cited.

The company also re-appointed M/s Roshni K Gupta & Associates as Internal Auditor for one more year to continue strengthening internal controls and governance.
