Sandhar Technologies has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company completed the sale of its industrial property in Bangalore to NL Blinds Private Limited for ₹61 Cr.

An initial ₹15 Cr was received earlier, with the balance ₹45.39 Cr settled upon sale deed execution.

This non-related party transaction proceeds will support Sandhar’s expansion plans, strengthening its financial flexibility for growth.
